Reiki is a form of energy healing that involves the transfer of energy from the practitioner's hands to the recipient's body.  It is a non-invasive therapy that aims to balance the body's energy and promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, boots the immune system, and overall well-being.


It is important to be open and receptive to the experience.


So if you are feeling Stress, anxiety, and tension in the body; feeling grief, depression or anger, feeling chronic pain, headaches or digestive issues; feeling a need for self-discovery and spiritual growth, or an all around greater meaning or purpose in life; Reiki sessions will guide you back to your power, leading you towards a more calm, joyful, and optimized state of BEing.

A Reiki Healing Experience


During a session, we move through a discovery and transformational process, working with the unique intelligence of YOUR body.

Reiki is a way of approaching the human body through a holistic lens.  I will ask you about any health concerns or specific areas of the body that need attention.  I will use a series of hand positions to channel reiki energy into your body.  I may place my hands on or near different parts of the body, such as the head, chest, stomach, or feet.  On occasion I may use crystals or other holistic tools to enhance the energy flow. 


It's common to feel an emotional release, such as crying or laughing, as energy blockades are cleared.  This therapy is a deeply relaxing experience.  You may feel a sense of calm and peace during and after the session.  You also may fall asleep during the session, which it perfectly normal.


After the session I may offer you some guidance or suggestions for continue the healing process.  Overall, the experience of reiki will vary from person to person, and some may feel the effects more strongly than others.  However, most people leave feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated after a Reiki Session.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is a from of yoga that emphasizes relaxation and rest, rather than physical exercise or strength building.


We will use props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the body in different poses.  The goal is to create a comfortable and relaxed position that allows the muscles to release tension, the mind to calm down, and the body to enter a state of deep relaxation.


Moving through a Restorative Yoga Session will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and sloe down the heart rate.


Restorative Yoga is a power tool when paired with a Reiki Session.

Life Coaching is a type of support designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals by me providing guidance, motivation, and accountability.  I will identify your strengths and weaknesses, set achievable goals, and develop strategies to over come obstacles and help you achieve success.


If you are ready to improvement with you relationships, communication skills, or self confidence; having the desire to develop healthy habits; Needing support through major life changes, grief, becoming an empty nester or wanting a deeper connection for living in the now or to be given the tools and then held accountable and motivated to help stay on track to make consistent progress, Life Coaching will guide you into clarity and the results that you have always wanted to see.
